This project is intended to be a resource for those who search for and seek the "truth". It has involved a lot of research and is an ever-ongoing process. My credentials are not stellar - they consist of a B.A. in Languages/Linguistics, a M.S. in Computer Information Systems with a few technology certifications acquired over the years. As such, I am in no way claiming to be an expert in all of the many fields of study that this book draws upon. This is why I have included so many quotations and citations in each chapter.

I encourage you, the reader, to seek, to question and to search for the truth. Leave no stone unturned in your quest of discovery. If you find the quotes or citations in this work to be in error, let me know and I will correct them.

Rather than draw upon my limited professional or amateur experience in the fields presented in this work, I will endeavor to present the educated opinions of the experts - individuals who have been studying in their particular field for a lifetime: Archeologists, Historians, Physicists, Astronomers, Mathematicians, Engineers, Theologians, Biologists, Anthropologists, Linguists and Paleontologists. All are engaged in humanity's epic pursuit of truth. I will attempt to present differing perspectives from these experts in an unbiased fashion. I will occasionally make comments on the findings of these experts which will be biased with my own personal experiences. Still, my goal is to remain objective and open-minded as I present to you, the reader, the facts and opinions of some of these experts. I leave the final conclusions up to you.

As someone who lived a life of peace, forgiveness and love, there is only one recorded instance of Christ lashing out in anger that is recorded in the four gospels.  It was when Jesus cast out of the temple all who were buying and selling, calling them thieves (
Matthew 21:12-13). Perhaps today we would merely classify them as "opportunistic entrepreneurs" trying to make a buck.

In contrast to this perspective, I think Jesus was making a statement: the truth of the gospel is not to be packaged, pan-handled and pimped out so hustlers can line their pockets with cash. It stands for itself. Christ made the distinction and it is therefore something he feels very strongly about: God's house is a house of prayer, not a house of commerce. Christ told his disciples "freely you have received, freely give" (Matthew 10:8).

I hope seekers find this information useful. You may use this material for all non-profit purposes. Please avoid plagiarism and cite the source when quoting others - I have made every attempt to provide sources and references or links and am constantly editing and correcting errors. Doing this will add credibility to your own work and provide a voice and recognition for those who contributed things before you.
